Hi,

It seems to be creating a "fly out" web dialog that VO is not gaining access to 
for some reason.  Using an iPhone or iPad seems to be OK, but Safari on the Mac 
is being uncooperative.  Usually, those web dialogs gain focus right away, but 
I have had occasion to find them hard to locate.  I suggest you get on Apple 
Accessibility's case.
