No, it is straight forward. I use it 3 times a week, although mine is a pro account. You just need email, password, and you are ready to go. They do not spam you, and there customer service is great! The only difference between a pro account and free account, is every 45 minutes you must restart the meeting, unless it’s just you and one other person, then there is no limit, but 3 or more with a free account, the meeting times out every 45 minutes. Then of course there is the cost, witch I think is way to high, but who am I? Thankfully I share the cost with someone who I share the account with. Lastly, I think you cn only record with a pro account also, and you need to be in the desk top app to do that. HTH
