Just wondering why your asking this other than have apple sorted it yet? Talking to apple accessibility they seem to think it should be working as they designed but I've proved that isn't the case for myself, Are you thinking of purchasing something and want it to have this auto switching feature but unlike those of us who jump early don't want the pods if they aren't going to work correctly! I've got a pair of bose Bluetooth headphones that I know do multiple devices I'll dig them out and see whether they auto switch and let you know.
