Hi, Yes, it is an app from the App Store. It is an awesome app for learning about all the sessions and such at WWDC. I've used it to look at accessibility sessions and such at WWDC so that I can encourage certain developers to be more diligent at making sure that their apps are more accessible. It has archived footage of all WWDC sessions and the keynotes and such too.
