Hi, I couldn't replicate your issue at all. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the Braille display. The process for editing a folder name usually requires you to open the folder, get into Edit mode by doing a touch and hold, as you've done, or a swipe up/down when the rotor is set to Action. In both these cases, once in Edit mode, you can then double-tap on the name of the folder to activate the cursor, then go through the renaming process. When you enter Edit mode while the folder is unopened, with no Braille or keyboard connected, the on-screen keyboard is not presented. So, this tells me that the folder name is not normally editable when working from a closed folder in iOS.
