Hi everyone, First off, apologies if this topic’s been on before, but of course if it was I wasn’t in a position to care. My wife and I have a bunch of both VHS VCR tapes and 8MM camcorder tapes we’d like to digitize. I had looked into doing this on the Windows side a few years ago, but the software I got was totally unusable. I’m re-visiting the project now because I have extra time, and was wondering if anyone has successfully transferred stuff like this nowadays. It seems like there are a whole bunch of options for both Mac and PC, but it’s just a question of whether you can use the software to save what you transfer.
