Hi all, I just downloaded Prime Video on my Apple TV. When I try and open it, the screen goes dark, and Voiceover says QuickNav On. After that, VO is silent, though I know it's on, because the one thing I am able to do is toggle it on and off. I've never heard of QuickNav being activated on my Apple TV before. And the weird thing is--I assume this is because of QuickNav, I can't even back out of the app. Can anyone help? How do I turn off QuickNav, and how do I make Prime Video work? TIA, Donna
