Do you have a second cable you could try it with?
Also try plugging the cable in to a different USB port on one of your computers or into an AC power adapter which you would have gotten with the iPhone. Does the rhythmic vibration happen with any of these other suggestions. But see my Brother Neil now has a little girl to think about coming up to three next month, the fourth. So he might not be able to take me down there. Apple support have sent me a link for them to give me a call with all the case details already in front of the person. Please what should I do now? Any advice or help would be appreciated!
