Hi, That setting is the one you need. If it says, "Change with buttons. Off.", then the ringer will stay at one volume no matter what you do with the volume of music, VO etc. If that setting says, "Change with buttons. On.", then whatever volume you have VO, music etc set to will be the volume of the ringer when a call comes in.
