Hi Kawal,

I some times get this also,

I find that if I take my earpods out of one ear and put it back in then things
kick in to life correctly.

Have you tried turning the after shocks off and back on to push the connection
back to the phone?

I also know that if the phones are connected to one device I have to change
manually to the other but I'm not sure if your aftershocks do this type of
thing.

Hope this helps.

Simon F

Subject: when making phone calls.

Hello.

Yesterday I was travelling and I had my I phone connected to my Aftershokz and
Apple watch. When I received a call, the phone would ring and I would hear the
sound in my Aftershokz headset. However when the person started to speak the
voice would only be heard on the I phone speaker. Is there a setting in the
phone where you can hear the sound routed automatically so if your head set is
connected and you have your Apple watch connected the voice will be heard in
your headset please.

I hope all this makes sense.

Thank you very much.

Kawal.
