You have to designate one or more of the top most and left most rows and 
columns as header rows and columns. Then you put your column and row labels in 
the fields of those header rows and columns. You designate these had a roll and 
columns through the menu system. It really works very well. You can have up to 
five header rows and five header columns. I often use these extra rows and 
columns for summary functions and general work areas on the spreadsheet. 
Because they are not included in any spreadsheet calculations such as sorting 
etc as are the detail rose and columns.  Oh yes, you can also have up to five 
footer rows. A lot of uses for these headers and footers. Sent from my IPhone
