Well from a quick test, it appears that Yahoo puts search results at a heading
level 4. So, you can try hitting "4" when you have QuickNav on. Or you can
bring up the rotor list with vo-u left / right arrow until you hear headings,
and then press 4 and at that point you should be able to do normal item chooser
things.
