Yeah it’s one f those things. But as already stated, You can sstill use the keys on the keyboard but I think for you You have t to include the shift key when I only need the ctrl option and command plus arrows.

If I’m reading an email then the speed is perfect, but if I open the messages app and read the last message someone sent me it is so fast I can hardly hear it. I looked in Voice over preferences and can’t remember what I did. I was hoping there was a simple key stroke I could use if I’m on a spot when it is talking too fast.
