Hi Mark and all who are interested:

I have finally re-paired my watch and think maybe there’s a slight improvement 
in the speaker but don’t think it’s as good as it should be but I have nothing 
to compare it with. I’m sure it used to be louder than it has been for some 
time. Will also need to test the mic when on a call because last time I used 
the watch to answer a call from my husband he couldn’t really hear me, said I 
was muffled, whereas in the past he could hear me fine.
