Hi Hem, You set it up under System Prefs. It's been a while since I did it, so someone else can probably give you better directions. But here goes: 1. Open system Prefs. 2. Go to Keyboard. 3. Go to Dictation.
There you'll find all the options. First, enable dictation. Then you can set up a shortcut key. You can also set it up to listen for a phrase, such as Computer.
