I'm thinking of doing the same thing  but I've only had my 4 for approximately 
6 months if that.

 But other than the screen being on permanently I can't see a difference in the 
two devices.

I am thinking of getting the five so if I can sell this one then I will try the

How do you get the iPhone to register your watch what do you do with the phone 
to get the camera to pick up the watch? That is what I don’t understand.
