I got it. There is a button at the bottom right of the screen. So if you have a rose selected and you click on that button then there are some buttons for adding or inserting rows.
Yes the keyboard command is for the Mac version. But on my iPad I don’t have a physical keyboard. I say that because I know you can use one I just don’t.
