I have upgraded my iPhone XR to IOS 13.1 and have turned on WiFI calling (I now see Rogers WiFi at the top left corner). In a few weeks I am going to the state of Oregon for a few days. When I go across the border I am planning to turn on Airplane moode and keep WiFi on. Would I still be able to send and receive iMessages and Android Text Messages?
