I don't have anywhere near the issues you have. I'm not sure if I have attention settings on or off, I assume off as I'd have to be lucky to look at the camera. The time I really have issues is when I have extremely bright sunlight shining either on my face or the phone etc. Could this be an issue? My phone is the iPhone 11 pro max as well, I do remember that I had to take a couple of tries to setup my face id on this device. It worked for a day, but now whether I got the glasses on or off, I get an 90 percent error rate. I tried positioning in various angles, turned off "attention required" in settings, which made it work slightly better but then got worse. I'll re do the scanning process, but who in here has near 100% success rate can give me some pointers?
