Hi Dave, Yes, I was getting the same frustrations with the status bar as you, but I’ve since added vertical navigation to my rotor thanks to Maria, and the problem is solved. I usually don’t like to add things to the rotor without more of an explanation as to what it does, but figured I’d have a look to see what it did. Once you’ve added vertical navigation to the rotor you just do the rotor gesture until you find it and then flick up with one finger and you will find the status bar. With my 8+ it takes me straight to the status bar with one flick, not sure if there are more options on the Face ID phones? But I suspect apple put this option in the rotor because they figured some people might have trouble finding the status bar, and I’m guessing the status bar has become thinner because they are needing to put more things on the home screen.
