Hi, I've found that you don't need to use the Contextual menu command, you can simply VO-space on the name of the sender and the menu will appear. Dave, if there's no proper eMail address, then I'd assume that it's a spoof or cloak or whatever other expression we like to use to say that it's simply worth a delete key action.
