It's not a toggle. My guess is it is the 'embedded text and images'
item.

Hello Tim and Everyone,
Exactly which setting in VoiceOver Verbosity does one toggle in order to
disable the “possible” text announcement?
I did not see any obvious choices on my iPad.

Hi,
It's just VO taking a guess at an unlabelled item. VO is analyzing the screen, when it
finds something that is unlabelled, it will check close by to see if the developer is
expecting the user to know what something is by what's in the vicinity and give a guess.
It's saying "Possible" because it's just an educated guess. As Devin
mentioned, turn it off in your Verbosity settings.

After upgrading to 13.1, voiceover is always saying "possible text "at the most
inconvenient times. When I am reading in voice dream reader or voice stream writer for example.
What is this "possible text "message coming from and is there anything I can do to
prevent it? It seems to say possible text followed by a few letters or even a word or two. And it
is someone random in not always predictable when it will happen. Any help greatly appreciate it.
