I so wish there was a way to do that. If there is, I’m unaware of how. However, if you get an airPlay enabled speaker and use air play instead of bluetooth the media only goes to the speaker while VO stays on your iPhone. Also, there are other options like Sonos speakers or air playing to an Apple TV that might be hooked up to a TV and some nice speakers. I think the trick is using wifi instead of bluetooth.
