Remove that wifi hotspot connection from both your phone and your computer and then restart the phones and then set them up again.
To get rid of the wifi connection from your computer Open a command prompt with admin rights Use windows key plus x, then hit the letter a, In the prompt type the following: Netsh wlan delete profile name = "your hotspot profile name" Where your hotspot profile name Is the name of your phones previous wifi hotspot and then hit enter.
