Yes, that is one thing you can try, but must admit it didn’t really help for me. I also got told that turning off Background App refresh in the general settings might help as well. Neither of these settings helped for me. I ended up doing a hard reboot by pressing the volume up, volume down followed by the side button for about 12 seconds and this fixed it.
