I am having these problems when I browse a band's page and read the biography and discography. Use the search box near the top of the page to search for a band, say R.E.M. Then try to browse the biography, discography and related artists sections. Each of those sections needs to be expanded via clicking on it, but I usually can't even get to them because I get stuck with "Safari Busy".
