I actually noticed this happening once I upgraded to iOS 13, but I don’t think that is the reason but there could have been a lot of maintenance with email servers around that time. I’m thinking I should sign into gmail web-mail site and add this list address to the contacts in the webmail site. I just hate navigating web-mail pages.
