Hi Petrus, I wondered about this as well.
I have the same problem with my iphone and my watch etc. If I delete a message from my watch it stays on my phone. And same with iPad and phone etc There is no sync between the devices. I’m sending and receiving messages on both devices perfectly but if I delete a message on the phone it stays on the Mac and if I delete a message on the Mac it stays on the phone. I haven’t had any luck fixing this. There may be a need to enter a code on your mac to tether the two devices so keep your Messages app on the mac open and wait for the prompt. I can’t quite remember now the exact chain of events as I had done it a long time ago. I’ only seem to be getting iMessages and not regular Text messages. Even when I have my iPhone right next to my Mac. I thought this was normal, but just noticed my wife receiving a Text message on her Mac from a friend that hasn’t got an iPhone. And she replied with the Mac as well. I tried texting the same friend with my Mac and she never received it.
