Hi Chuck, Everything we have / require is done through a single call centre for our city council, They take the call / log the concern and then pass it on to the correct team to deal with the situation when they are able to.
In this case they've put it in to their system for an approximately 4 to 6 week period before they can do anything about the problem. So I have taken it on as a job to fix myself therefore I have cut back those trees I can reach the branchs of to cut away,and just ripped the shrub out of the ground in the cases of the very small ones along the path edge that needed cutting back.
