I don't do a lot of text messaging so, although I use Adium, my skills with it remain eternally rusty. One thing I do not understand is why, after I type something into the edit box and return to the conversation (the control labeled "Unknown") I'm always brought back to the top?
I'm probably not using Adium properly but, as I use it rarely, I live with this inconvenience. Now, with my new job (Director of Access Technology for Project GNU), I will need it a lot more. So, what is the most efficient way of conversing with someone using Adium? cdh On Feb 28, 2010, at 5:18 PM, Bryan Smart wrote: > I've played around a lot with its settings, but can't figure this out, either. > > Best I can do is switch to the Adium window and press command-h to hide it. > Then, it will stop. > > Bryan > > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of william lomas > Sent: Sunday, February 28, 2010 4:35 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: adium has new window? > > > hi why does the mac keep teling me adium has new idnwo all the time > when i am in my contacts list? > it irritating lo i don't have growl on > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "MacVisionaries" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/macvisionaries?hl=en. > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "MacVisionaries" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/macvisionaries?hl=en. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
