Hi all, I have experienced this as well, but it seems to me that even though VO doesn't make any sound, the characters get entered. Mind you, I still wish they'd fix it, just because it's a little disconcerting, but for now I've just started assuming that what I'm typing is being entered, even if I'm not getting sound feedback.
