1, you didn’t need to increase your storage, iCloud does not use your storage 
for iTunes Match. 2, no, you cannot share your library with your wife using a 
separate appleID, she could sign into your appleID for just the music portion, 
but then would need to make purchases with your appleID.  This is the reason my 
wife and I share a appleID, and just use alias’s for iMessage and FaceTime. 
Lastly, I learned to be patient with the uploading of music, I think it can 
only do 10 thousand songs at a time, but that may have changed. I have had my 
library setup the way I like it for almost 2 years now. Anymore questions just
