Hi: I couldn't select an item in a list as I didn't want to register, but I was able to go to all of the links I tried. When I first got my Mac, Safari was my biggest challenge too. What I do on this site is to use vo/left and right arrows to navigate through the links etc. When you choose an item to ad to your list, you probably have to interact with it. there are some tools that will help you once you get the hang of moving around a bit such as the item chooser and web item rotor.
