Hi Pete. Here are some instructions.
Save attached file in a folder, may be downloads. Then go to dock and context menu control shift M and highlight the pdf file and cursor to open. The file will open in preview. Interact with the PDF file and it should read it or do VO a to make the file read automatically. If anyone thinks I have got it wrong please correct me. Thanks.
