it is possible for Max to get viruses. However, it is not very common or
likely. This is because the Mac holds less than 8% of the computer market,
so not very many viruses have been written for the mac
it is even less common for iOS to get viruses as Apple keeps very strong
control over the iOS app store. However, if one jailbreaks ones iOS device,
viruses are fairly common.
