Hi Anders,

No, the work-out doesn't stop at the end of the specified time. Your watch will 
just ding--and vibrate, and that's how you'll know you hit the 7 minutes. I 
think that's how most people want it. For example, I set my elliptical time for 
30 minutes. That's the minimum amount of time I want to be on the machine. But 
most days I go more like forty-five minutes. So I want the watch to tell me 
when it's been thirty minutes, but to continue the work-out till I actually 
stop.
