The second issue raises the suspicion that it's an accessibility problem with the applications in question.

You enter answers to questions clicking next. And the last one you enter your value and click submit. The submit button just does not show up with voiceover on. I have to turn voiceover off and just tap near the bottom of the screen and turn voiceover back on. Has anybody noticed either of these problems?
