I’ve noticed the same thing. I have assumed that certain apps have multiple components which causes them to appear more than once in the Notification list. I wouldn’t delete anything. If you are concerned with being bothered with unwanted notifications, set the item in question to not give any kind of notification and leave it at that. If you decide later you’ve done something you wish you hadn’t, you can go back and turn notifications back on. Sometimes, when you don’t know what something is, I think it is always best to choose the reversible option.
