Actually, there is some audio description on CBS All Access. I haven't had much luck getting it to work consistently, however. With reference to Star Trek Picard, I got it to work on my iPhone. The app is not especially accessible so one needs patience in using a combination of explore by touch and general iPhone VoiceOver gestures. Start an episode, then tap until controls and buttons appear. Locate the settings button, activate this, and audio and subtitle options should appear. Swipe right through subtitles and audio options until you find English-AD. Activate it and return to your episode. The process may need to be repeated per show or episode. your experience may change from device to device. For example, I can play Star Trek discovery with the scription on my Apple TV, but not on my phone. Have fun!
