Well, glad you got it. When ever the vo cursor moves over something that can be interacted with, there is a sound effect and if it is a group of items it will also say group. It makes vo navigation much faster, but it is something to get used to.
in the vo help menu, there is a list of most if not all of the vo navigation sounds. You can just arrow through them. i am assuming that you can hear.
