Hi Erik, When in Chrome on the Mac, do the following:
• press cmd-l to bring focus to the Address bar. • enter "chrome://settings/system/" (without the quotes, of course) then press return. • press VO-i to bring up the Item Chooser. • type "acceleration" The choice that comes up should be to use hardware acceleration when possible. Press return to go to that item. • VO-space on it so that it is deselected. • Quit Chrome and re-launch and it should work normally. It seems illogical, but I've had to do this exact thing on hundreds of iMacs at work and all is good now. Later...
