I use an app called NoMoRobo. I got it from the US iOS AppStore. It is recommended by the US Federal Trade Commission. I pay $1.99 USD per month. I’ve been using it for a couple of years, and find it works very well at eliminating unwanted calls. I also use a great deal of common sense in not answering calls that look suspicious..
