Excellent! Thanks, Devon! I don't really care about playing on the Mac, so will stick to IOS and Mudrammer. I know nothing about Mudrammer, is it hard to set up?
And just to add to this list, I started digging through games on my Phone to see what I could find. Two that fit the bill are: King of Dragon Pass Six Ages Both these games have a play objective, which is essentially to become king. However, when I have played them in the past, I didn't really care about that, so I just played without really trying to win. They're both great games, with a fun sound track to accompany them. They are IOS apps, so can just be downloaded from the App store, no additional apps required.
