There are many places in the world that don’t observe Daylight Saving Time. In addition to Iceland, both Arizona and Hawaii in the United States observe Standard time year-round. The eastern half of Indiana at one time did not switch to DST, but I think that is no longer the case, as the entire state of Indiana is now in the Eastern time zone. Today London is on GMT, which is the same as UTC.
