I am running iOS 13.4.1 on an iPhone X, and am having no issues editing contacts. The process works as expected. 1. I open the Phone app, and select the Contacts button along the bottom of the screen. 2. Search for and open the contact I wish to edit. 3. Select the Edit button in the upper right corner of the screen. 4. Edit the contact information, then select the Done button in the upper right corner of the screen.
