Hello, I am asking this on behalf of a blind friend who does not subscribe to this list.
My friend needs to log on to a secure website where he can download PDF documents he needs to read for his job. However, he keeps receiving a message telling him that he needs to disable his popup blocker. Can someone tell us how this is accomplished and if there are any accessibility caveats that he needs to consider?
