Hi. I've used a few Whatsapp clients. One is simply just called Whatsapp Desktop and one is called Freechat. The problem these clients have is that they use a web interface that doesn't play nice with Voiceover. Also, you need to have your phone always on and both computer and phone have to be on the same wifi network. Maybe once Catalist finally takes off in the years to come Whatsapp for Mac will be completely accessible. Until then, best advice I can give you is just use the app on your phone.
