I don’t have one of these keyboards, but see if this will work: 1. Place VoiceOver focus on the Menu Extras area using VO + MM. 2. Use VO + RightArrow to navigate to Bluetooth, providing you have this item in your Menu Extras. 3. Press VO + SpaceBar to open the menu, and use VO + DownArrow to navigate to your keyboard in the list of bluetooth devices. 4. Press VO + LeftArrow to open the device’s side menu, and navigate through the menu to see if battery status in in the menu.
I am able to use this method to check battery status of my Apple TrackPad and my wife’s Magic Mouse.
