I’ve been using Catalina for quite a while and have had no issues with accessibility of any kind. There is of course the matter of 32-bit apps no longer being supported in Catalina, but that is not an accessibility issue. Unless you have an application that is 32-bit that you really need and can’t get a 64-bit version, I’d go ahead and do the upgrade.
