I just did this, a simple flick down if at the top. A reboot of the
phone may help, I had to do this today to resolve something else.

Once you find the scroll bar you can flick up or down with one finger
to adjust the percentage value, this should work on the vertical
scroll bars or the horizontal scroll bars. See if that helps?

Running into a very interesting situation and I don't quite know how

awhile I come to a vertical scroll bar.
I know I need to somehow activate this to see more content, I have
tried interacting with it when it says something like, scrollbar 100%
and moving the slider but I still cannot see any more content I know
